TorkeAuto Seller Terms and Conditions

These Seller Terms ("Agreement") govern your participation as a seller on TorkeAuto, operated by TORKEHUB PRIVATE LIMITED. By registering and listing products on TorkeAuto, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility to Sell

You must be a legally registered business or individual authorized to sell goods under applicable local laws. You agree to provide accurate documentation and product details as requested by TorkeAuto.

2. Product Listings & Inventory

Sellers are responsible for ensuring product titles, descriptions, pricing, specifications, and stock availability are up-to-date and accurate. Any misinformation or misrepresentation may result in penalties or suspension.

3. Order Fulfillment

You agree to dispatch products promptly upon receiving an order. You are responsible for safe packaging, timely shipping, and maintaining delivery records. Tracking information must be shared with TorkeAuto and the buyer.

4. Returns and Cancellations

You must comply with the TorkeAuto Returns Policy. Any disputes arising from returns or non-fulfillment may be resolved by TorkeAuto at its sole discretion, and we reserve the right to deduct applicable penalties or reverse payments.

5. Seller Fees & Subscription

A fixed monthly fee is applicable for active seller accounts.
TorkeAuto charges no commission on product sales.
Failure to renew may lead to store deactivation.

6. Taxes and Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for your tax obligations including GST, VAT, or any local levies. You agree to upload valid tax information and issue invoices in accordance with applicable regulations.

7. Conduct and Prohibited Listings

You must not list counterfeit, illegal, unsafe, or restricted items. TorkeAuto reserves the right to remove any listing deemed unfit or misleading, and take legal action if necessary.

8. Store Suspension or Termination

TorkeAuto may temporarily or permanently suspend seller accounts due to policy violations, poor performance, or legal concerns. Suspended sellers are not entitled to refunds of the monthly subscription.

9. Intellectual Property

You may not use the TorkeAuto name, logos, or design elements for your external business without prior written approval. Content created or uploaded on TorkeAuto must not infringe third-party rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

TorkeAuto acts only as a platform provider and is not liable for losses, damages, or delays resulting from your customer transactions.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction under the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

By signing up as a Seller on the TorkeAuto platform, you agree to comply with all clauses in this Agreement.
