This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns and refunds may be requested by buyers and processed by sellers operating under the TorkeAuto platform, a subsidiary of TORKEHUB PRIVATE LIMITED.
TorkeAuto is an online marketplace for automotive accessories. Each seller on our platform operates independently and is responsible for fulfilling, handling, and resolving order returns or refunds as per the terms laid out in this policy.
Buyers may request a return only under the following conditions:
- The item delivered is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
Returns are not accepted under the following circumstances:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse.
- Installation or use-related damage caused after delivery.
- Items that are made to order, customized, or perishable.
To initiate a return request:
Contact the seller via the TorkeAuto buyer dashboard within the return window.
Provide clear evidence (photos/videos) showing the issue.
Wait for seller confirmation before sending the product back.
If the seller fails to respond within 72 hours, please escalate the issue to our support team at: support@torkehub.com
Refunds are processed by the seller once the returned item is received and inspected. The refund may take up to 7–10 business days to reflect in the original payment method.
TorkeAuto will intervene and mediate in case of disputes between the buyer and the seller, but cannot guarantee refunds unless clearly warranted by the evidence provided.
If the seller is at fault (damaged/incorrect item): The seller bears return shipping costs.
If the buyer returns voluntarily (where permitted): The buyer bears return shipping costs.
TorkeAuto acts solely as a platform and is not directly responsible for product quality, packaging, or refund timelines. However, we will enforce seller compliance to ensure a trustworthy ecosystem.
TorkeAuto and its sellers do not guarantee return or refund acceptance in cases where:
Buyers misuse or damage products post-delivery.
Items are rejected for return due to incomplete documentation or missing packaging.
Return shipping is not initiated within 3 working days of approval.
TorkeAuto reserves the right to update or change this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Buyers are encouraged to check the policy before every purchase.
